For over seventy (70) years, the Tower Hill Group of companies have been changing the face of Toronto. As a result, Tower Hill has produced some of the most exceptional developments in Toronto. Classic structures have become iconic neighbourhood features and have retained their cachet over the years.

Since 2000, Tower Hill has diversified its business model so it now has two main business groups – Real Estate and Alternative Investments. Alternative Investments are comprised of our Corporate Equity, Mortgage Investments and Capital Market Investments. In the Real Estate group Tower Hill has four business silos – Land Development, Home Building, Condominium Development, and Rental Apartments.

COMPANY HISTORY

Tower Hill Development Corporation is a family-owned, private real estate company, established over seven decades ago.
In the early 1940s, the company had a vision to create luxury real estate communities for the City of Toronto. At that time, the firm acquired, developed, constructed, marketed and managed a portfolio of single family home projects and residential apartments. From these roots, it expanded into high-rise condominium, retail and hotel developments.
Over the last seventy years, the company’s principals have developed some of the most architecturally innovative and admired projects in Toronto. Among the early projects were:
